My First Takeover is in the Books!!

This past Friday I took over the Bookish Laurel on Facebook! I was probably more nervous than I had to be, but figured that comes with the element of most anything “new.” I had everything planned out, and a few giveaways and silly games, too! Everyone loves a good giveaway, and I loved seeing all of the different tattoos from around the world!
I heard from people in MANY cities from states in the USA, plus a few countries from around the world. This is one of my favorite parts of social media, and working for myself, online… meeting people from the craziest places! Places I’ve only dreamed of going!
I really liked the experience of the takeover, and will indeed do more of those in the future! I just wish there was a takeover spot that featured cook books… It’s about time to get Oh, Forks! A Little Bit of Everything and All That’s Gluten Free off of the ground! Expecting lots of marketing stuff this week and next!
